 HOW TO COOK FISH GRILLED SWEET SPICY SEASONING:5 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce1 tomato, seeds removed, chopped6 pieces of red cayenne pepper, sliced7 green chilies, sliced2 red onions, sliced1/2 tsp lime juice
 
 Soak the carp in lime juice and salt.  Leave it for 15 minutes.Heat the oil.  Stir-fry the spices until fragrant.Add tamarind, mix well.  Remove, add Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, mix well again.Brush fish with seasoning.Grilled fish while smeared with remaining spices until cooked.Serve with soy sauce for 4 servings.
