Butterbeer Recipe Ala Harry Potter Simple Special Original Delicious. Butterbeer first appeared when Harry Potter with his two best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger visited the Hog's Head tavern. In that scene, Hermione drank butterbeer until her lips filled with white cream.

brown sugar or palm sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1 can of cream soda
  • Whipped cream to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • HOW TO MAKE HARRY POTTER BUTTERBEER:
    1. Melt the brown sugar/palm sugar and water over low heat.
    2. Stir quickly so it doesn't burn.
    3. Add the butter, apple cider vinegar and cream once the sugar has melted.
    4. Stir all ingredients until smooth.
    5. Put it in a glass and pour the cream soda.
    6. Mix the whipped cream with the vanilla extract and pour it over the butterbeer.
    7. Serve.
